FINECARS Booking Refund Policy
At FINECARS, we understand that circumstances can change. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to vehicle bookings.
1. 100% Refund within 7 Days of Booking:
If you decide to cancel your booking within seven (7) business days from the date of your initial booking payment, you will be eligible for a full one hundred percent (100%) refund of the booking amount.

2. Refund Beyond 7 Business Days:
For cancellations requested after seven (7) business days from the date of your initial booking, the booking amount shall not be refundable and will be considered forfeited by FINECARS.

3. Non-Application for Refund:
If you do not formally apply for a refund within the timelines specified in this policy, the booking amount shall be considered forfeited.
4. Processing of Refunds:
All eligible refunds will be processed within [Insert Number, e.g., 7-10] business days from the date of your valid refund request.
The refund will be issued using the original method of payment, wherever feasible. If this is not possible, an alternative mutually agreed-upon method will be used.

Your refund request must clearly state your booking details, including the vehicle booked, booking date, and your contact information.
6. Exceptions:
This refund policy applies solely to booking amounts. Any other payments made towards the purchase of a vehicle will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the separate Sales Agreement.
